Most builds are never checked by anyone independent. Once construction begins, a qualified architect or engineer visits your site on a regular schedule. With no connection to your contractor or architect, they work for BuildProof, and they report to you. Every visit is documented with photos, videos, and a written report, answering the questions that matter most. Are the approved plans followed? Are the materials up to standard? Are the safety requirements of the National Building Code met? So problems are caught while they are still small, and before you release another payment, you know the milestone behind it has been met.
Every BuildProof client has their own private portal where all inspections, reports, and milestones can be accessed in one place. From anywhere in the world, you can see what has been verified and what hasn’t before committing to the next payment.
